Overview & Learning Objectives:

  • Do you work with clients who are owners, users or building their portfolio of investments and want to have another angle for property valuation?
  • Are you getting questions about Covid-19 and its impact on small-to-mid-size commercial property?
  • Have you been wondering how CodeNEXT might impact Austin’s small-to-mid-size commercial real estate market?

Zonability founder, Leigh Budlong, is going to be holding a 30-40 minute talk as a guest of Austin Title to provide a technical overview of land-use/zoning and touch on these points as a way of giving you new insights for use in your business.

About Leigh Budlong

Leigh Budlong began her real estate career in commercial valuation and expanded to include brokerage and residential development earning the designations MAI (for appraisal) and CCIM (for brokerage). In addition, she’s been a guest of the White House as a Champion for Technology and holds two US patents (with a third in process) for her methodology of transforming zoning into useful information.

For the past six years, as the founder of Zonability, she’s been the key person to explain to the real estate community how this cutting edge tool can illuminate property potential, highlight property rights and save time, money and aggravation.

Leigh leads her team as it continues to build its database of over 30 metros in the US. De-mystifying zoning is a cause Leigh champions as it helps people understand location, value and property rights. Savvy investors know a lot about regulations, but often times agents are left wondering.

About Zonability

By turning regulations into insights, Zonability gives agents a tool that gives them a competitive advantage. Zonability is also a time saver because it streamlines the cumbersome process to take the local zoning map, ordinance rules, and county property record data. This builds a report that is in many ways a “highest and best use” starter.
