COURSE DESCRIPTION

This course was designed to dissect all the major paragraphs within the 1-4 contract. By taken a closer look at common errors and introducing the two new addendum and their use. Additionally, learning the new update to the Mandatory Membership in a Property Owner’s Association Addendum and when to use the General Information to Buyers and sellers Notice. Completing this course, license hold will learn when to use 1-4 family contract, meaning and use of each paragraph, and how to properly fill out the form.

Suburban expansion has necessitated the need for Municipal Utility Districts (MUD), and Public Improvement Districts (PID) in many areas. This course will explore the genesis and history of MUDs and PIDs from inception to their ratification in the Texas Constitution and the MUD impact on housing development and pricing.
