Austin Title Company regrets that we are unable to publish a schedule of weekly property tours.

The Texas Department of Insurance considers publication of this information is a business expense of Producers (including real estate brokers and agents, lenders, mortgage companies and brokers, builders, developers, attorneys, and architects) that Austin Title Company is prohibited by Texas law to pay, contribute, share in the cost of or finance.  Additionally, it is the Department's position that Austin Title Company is prohibited by Texas law from jointly, with a Producer, advertising real property which it does not own for sale or lease.

Furthermore, the Texas Department of Insurance takes the position that an individual or entity (including real estate brokers and agents, lenders, mortgage companies and brokers, builders, developers, attorneys, and architects) who receives a thing of value, such as a schedule of weekly property tours published by Austin Title Company, is subject to monetary penalties for engaging in the unauthorized business of insurance.
